Customer Review: Rival's lid handles break!
Summary: 2 Stars
The same thing just happened to us - we've used our crockpot a little over a year and last night the handle just pulled right off the lid! The glue or plastic just crumbled into little pieces, like it got too hot for it or something. Rival's warranty won't cover it since it's over 12 months old and the lid is $10 plus $8 S&H. That's why we're looking at getting another one, but not Rival. Buyer be warned!
