I was looking for a way to keep a number of foods warm for my son's graduation party. This server fit my roaster well. My rival 20 qt. roaster (RO220) was way to big for just one hot food even though I had around 90 people. I found the perfect solution. It was very easy to use and kept the food warm. I served beef brisket and meatballs in the serving containers. Surprisingly, the containers held a decent amount of food. I filled each container in the kitchen and easily transported it to the roaster. Clean up was also very easy as the server is in four parts, 3 containers and the holder.

Multiply the functions of your electric roaster with this buffet server set from Rival. The set?s construction lets you keep three foods warm in one roaster and easily remove individual trays for refilling. Designed to fit most 18- and 20-quart roaster ovens, the set includes an enamel-coated metal frame and three anodized aluminum dishes for consistent heat distribution. Use of the server is straightforward--simply fill your roaster half-way with water and turn it on. About 30 minutes later, the unit will be ready for the serving set and hot food. Keep in mind that the server is not intended for the cooking of food, just for keeping it hot during serving.
